Our Leadership Team
Lead Pastors Jeff & Traci Espeseth
Jeff and Traci met at Life Pacific College while pursing degrees in Pastoral Ministry. Over the past 24 years, they have served God together and continue to share God's kindness, love, mercy and forgiveness with anyone who will listen. This journey has lead them through ministry adventures with children, youth and adults throughout church communities in Colorado, Iowa, California and Washington state.
The Espeseth family moved to the Seattle area in 2013 when Jeff accepted the invitation to be the lead pastor at Lifepoint Foursquare Church in Des Moines. In December 2015, Jeff was also appointed as interim pastor at Evergreen Foursquare Church in Burien. In 2016, Lifepoint and Evergreen joined into one community with the hope of creating a safe place for you to find purpose and belonging.
In addition to supporting Jeff and his leadership of Gathering Place, Traci also works as an Events Manager at a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.

Worship Director Jenn Meyer
Jenn has been leading worship at various churches and conferences within our community and beyond for over 20 years. Her love for music started as a little girl of 3, singing specials at churches and county fairs which led to her studying Classical Voice and Music Theory. At the age of 20, she began to radically pursue God's heart and His call upon her life.
Jenn is an anointed, true worshiper - not because she is a gifted singer, but because she lives worship, reminding us that "nothing is more powerful than when we are face to face with God." In pain or joy, her relationship with the Lord comes first. She can't wait to see how God uses her to deeply love His people, to worship Jesus wholeheartedly as one body, and to walk with us all in this life alongside our King.
Jenn loves to worship with her family, and enjoys living in the Burien community with her five busy boys.
